My A/C went down on one of the hottest days of the year. I know I was not their only customer that day. They squeezed me in and got everything up and running. Very professional, very helpful.

There’s nothing better than a contractor that keeps in touch, lets you know when their arrival will be (even if running 10 minutes late) and tells you what’s wrong, how it will be repaired and what future issues may be. I felt well informed and comfortable throughout the service call. Will definitely hire again.

I spoke to David on a Saturday when we had the last heat wave. I was desperate as the unit was cutting out and he advised that the price would be much higher if he came out on an emergency call, but…..that on Sunday things would cool down (which they did). Wonderful to have such honesty from a contractor! On Monday, David came on time, was very professional yet friendly, managed to handle my three huge mastiffs and fixed the condenser/A/C issues quickly. We discussed going on with wall A/C units to supplement our central air and we will continue to work together.

Quick response time and the guy who came was super nice and efficient. Will definitely be working with these guys when we need to replace our HVAC system.

I had no heat, but it wasn’t very cold. They arrived the next day, promptly; quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat(which was a relief), and replaced it. They were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. I would definitely hire them again and strongly recommend their use.
