I had a great experience with this company. My central AC died in early July, right in the middle of a heat wave, and while I was already dealing with a number of other stressful issues. The large local oil company that had maintained my previous system for over 15 years quoted me a price so outrageous it was clear they didn't value my business. I didn't have high hopes for finding better service or a better quote, but Dave from Climate Care proved me wrong.

Of all the people I spoke with, Dave seemed the most thoughtful and trustworthy. He actually looked at the previous system and setup, discussed my concerns and said it looked like 'a straightforward job'. He also said he could do the install the very next week, when everyone else was booking out to the end of July. I told a friend I actually felt much calmer after talking to him.

The quote he gave me was the best one I received, and true to his word the install was completed the following week with no issues. Everyone I dealt with at the company was fantastic, from the office folks, to the incredibly quick and efficient install team, right down to the friendly delivery driver who dropped off the equipment.

Dave was absolutely amazing during a brutal heat wave right before the 4th of July. Our AC was acting up and he responded to every single call and text quickly, even though it was the day before a major holiday. He talked us through the issue, was spot on with his diagnosis, and even offered to come out on July 4th itself if the problem wasn't resolved. That kind of responsiveness and dedication is rare these days. If you need reliable, honest, fast AC service, call Climate Care - he went above and beyond when we needed it most. Our central AC died over the weekend. We had some second thoughts about the company we used to go to. I checked Google reviews. Found Climate Care with open 24/7 sign next to it. Decided to give them a call on Saturday at 6pm. As I was waiting for somebody to pick up the call I got a text message from a different number "Can I call you later?". That was Dave. He called in about one hour and a half and we discussed the situation. He said he would sent somebody on Monday afternoon. On Monday afternoon he himself showed up. Looked at the system and said the blower motor was dead. He said they would check with their supplier and revert with pricing and availability.  It took a couple of days to get the motor. Today Jared and Gio came during the scheduled window with a new motor in hand. Took out the old one. Put in the new one. Checked the system. Everything is working!!! We were supposed have our old AC people  to come to fix our AC unit originally and they kept us wait for more than a week and then a couple days before our guests to come to our house ,they said they are too busy to come. We were in panic mood so googled to find a new company which was climate care.
We were so desperate that we just called climate care without knowing how good they are.  They were able to send someone next day which was Wednesday June 3rd and able to install whole  unit next day ( June 4th ). We were lucky that they had the unit in stock     We were so happy that we had AC working when our guests came to our house that evening. It happened to be that our guests own a AC company in Dallas. So we shared our AC story with them and show them our new unit and that’s when we saw water leaking in the basement.
So we called climate care at 10 pm and they sent a technician  ( Terence ). Terence  arrived at 11 pm.
It was a team work between the technician and my friends Raul and Rosa  It took awhile to figure out what was wrong but the technician stayed until 2 am.
A week later I called the office to thank them and also a few minor things that they could have done.
Thanks to my friend who told me a few details that could have been done when they installed the unit.
When I talked to Dave ( owner ) about it , he said they usually do follow up after they install a unit but our job was done in last minute, they didn’t have a chance to do that yet.  they will schedule to go through all those requests I mentioned to him.
I will leave another review once their follow up visit is done.
I really appreciate that they would come out anytime of the day to do the right thing.

I would definitely use this guys for my other unit for sure.   I would give them 10 stars.

Really happy with this provider.  Great communication from Dave when bidding for the job.  On install day - Jeff and his crew were top notch. They were here to replace my AC unit - did a great job, cleaned up completely and went the extra mile without being asked… checked my second unit, adjusted the damper settings and made sure everything was blowing strong before they packed up. Our old AC broke early in the spring and we wanted to get a new one installed soon at an excellent price.

Within minutes of hearing we needed a new one, the technician at our house worked with Dave to get a proposal drafted. Not only was it an excellent deal, but the AC was literally installed and set us up within 3 business days.

We are very happy with this company and highly recommend going with them if you want to work with good people who care about their customers.
