Thank you! Climate Control was here within an hour during a heat wave. On top of that it was their after hours emergency service. Dave spoke in a way that was easy to understand so I didn’t feel like an idiot with technical language. He was able to identify the problem immediately and fixed it within a half an hour. I scheduled a service appointment with Climate Care last week coz my central AC was not cooling my house. Hunter from Climate Care came to my house yesterday & was on time as in on the dot! He was very professional & answered all my questions with ease. I had told Hunter initially that it’s probably the capacitor that needs to be changed coz my central condenser is an older unit(2002 Trane XR11) & I was right on the money! Hunter changed the capacitor promptly that solved the issue. Hunter also checked the AC ducts, filled the outside AC condenser up with freon & checked the interior AC unit. He explained everything that he was doing & even recommended for me to get the AC yearly service since my central AC condenser is an older model & needs proper maintenance. What he said made sense & was not a “patented sales pitch”. The price was reasonable for the job he did. Hunter did a fantastic job & I highly recommend Hunter & Climate Care for all HVAC service.
