Cash4Clunkers HVAC Trade-In Event — Climate Care, Fairfield County, Connecticut

These Terms and Conditions govern the Climate Care “Cash4Clunkers HVAC Trade-In Event” promotion. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms in full.

Scope of the Promotion
This promotion applies only to the replacement and installation of a single HVAC system in a residential home located within Fairfield County, Connecticut. Homes with more than one HVAC system are not eligible under this offer and must contact Climate Care directly for additional service details, pricing, and multi-unit terms. This promotion is intended for residential homeowners only. Commercial properties, multi-family dwellings, and rental units are not eligible.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to residential homeowners in Fairfield County, Connecticut, including but not limited to Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk, Westport, Stamford, Fairfield, Wilton, and New Canaan. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must own the home in which the system is being replaced. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically authorized in writing by Climate Care.

Promotional Benefits
The Cash4Clunkers promotion provides multiple ways for homeowners to save when replacing their outdated HVAC systems. These benefits are as follows:

First, financing may be available with payments as low as eighty-nine dollars per month on select high-efficiency systems. The exact financing terms, including annual percentage rate, payment schedule, and repayment duration, are set solely by PowerPay, the third-party financing provider. Climate Care does not set or control these financing terms, and all customers must review and accept PowerPay’s agreement before financing is finalized.

Second, Climate Care provides a Forty-Eight Hour Installation Guarantee. Once financing approval is secured, system selection is complete, and an installation date is scheduled, Climate Care guarantees installation within forty-eight hours of the confirmed appointment. If installation is not completed within that time frame due to Climate Care’s delay, the homeowner will receive two hundred fifty dollars in cash back following installation. This guarantee does not apply in cases where delays are caused by weather, supply chain interruptions, permitting delays, or other circumstances beyond Climate Care’s control.

Third, the promotion includes free removal and disposal of the old HVAC unit being replaced. Removal covers both indoor and outdoor components of the existing single system. Additional charges may apply for units located in areas requiring extraordinary access or handling, and such charges will be disclosed in advance of service.

Fourth, flexible financing is available through PowerPay. Applicants with less-than-perfect credit may still qualify, subject to PowerPay’s underwriting requirements. All credit decisions, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules are determined exclusively by PowerPay. Climate Care does not guarantee approval.

Fifth, the promotion includes a Secret Savings Bonus. This bonus provides a furnace maintenance service for ninety-nine dollars, which includes the installation of one high-efficiency air filter with a retail value of one hundred eighty-five dollars. This maintenance service must be scheduled at the time of installation and redeemed in conjunction with the Cash4Clunkers promotion. The bonus cannot be transferred, delayed, or redeemed at a later date.

Installation Terms
All installation work will be performed by licensed and insured HVAC professionals in accordance with the Connecticut State Building Code and applicable town permitting requirements. Climate Care is responsible for securing all necessary permits unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Climate Care will schedule and complete work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Limitations and Restrictions
This promotion applies only to a full system installation as outlined in your signed agreement. It does not apply to partial system replacements, repairs, or add-on equipment unless otherwise specified. The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to past purchases. All offers are limited-time only and subject to change or cancellation at Climate Care’s discretion without prior notice.

Financing Disclosures
All financing for this promotion is provided by PowerPay, an independent third-party financing company. Climate Care is not responsible for financing terms, disclosures, or lending practices. Customers must review and accept PowerPay’s financing terms, which govern interest rates, annual percentage rates, repayment schedules, late fees, and any additional charges. Climate Care’s role is limited to offering the promotion and coordinating installation once financing is approved.

General Terms
Climate Care reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this promotion at any time. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Any disputes arising under this promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
